Conducted by a Yoga Therapy Specialist

All yoga practices are performed with the guidance of a Yoga Therapy Specialist. This ensures that our students get personal guidance from an expert who has trained a similar group before. So, they can improve their physical and mental strength at their own pace without stress.

Tailor-Made Asanas

Tailor-made Asanas will help you sail through the recovery phase. Apart from strengthening your body and mind, these asanas will also help you open yourself to new experiences readily.

Special Pranayam

Pranayam is the practice of breath control. During a pranayam, you control everything from the frequency to the duration of each breath and hold. It helps increase the oxygen in the blood and removes toxins from your body. People recovering from breathing related ailments can benefit most from Pranayam because it helps strengthen the lungs.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a guided meditation that you do before you sleep. All you have to do is lie down, plug in your earphones, and follow the voice. It’s easy and aids your recovery by helping you release fears and negative emotions without any stress. It’s potent and anyone can do it!

Special Meditation

At the AMI Therapy class, we’ll take you through different types of meditation practices that will help you become calmer and more centered. We’ll be using techniques like visualization, tratak and breath watching among others.

Chair Yoga

As the name suggests, this refers to yoga practices done using chairs. This helps build physical strength in your muscles and helps you feel more energetic during the day.
