What happens if I was charged for the class but transaction failed?
Not to worry. The money will be back in your account in 3-4 business days. A cancelled transaction will be revered by the bank automatically. If you wish to contact us about this just leave your query in the contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I want a refund?
Our classes are billed on a monthly payment model. If you have paid for a class you will be allowed to attend it for the course of that month. If you have taken a class already we will not be able to process a refund. If you still want to be considered due to a specific reason, you can contact us using the contact form or email us at email@example.com.
What If i want to cancel my membership?
You can send your request to us one week before the net bill date using the contact form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
