This is a special 2 hour session held once a month , where AMI teachers share knowledge, new findings and insights on the science of yoga. This equips the teacher team to train teachers, learn and grow themselves and nurtures a spirit of bon homie and rapport among the AMI teachers team.
AMI Teacher Orientation (Post Teacher certification)
This program is meant to orient certified yoga teachers to the AMI way of Yoga training. Participant teachers are led through a series of preparatory programs over a few weeks or months depending on the readiness and competence of the trainee teacher. The program is individualised to the requirements of each teacher and conducted by a senior mentor who hand holds the trainee teachers through their journey of learning. Senior teachers are committed to helping new trainee teachers learn and grow on the job.

Teaching yoga requires Commitment , Dedication and a willingness to give !
Both these Teacher Training Programs are in line with guidelines set by the Quality Council of India and qualify one to appear for the Level 1 QCI exam for Yoga Teachers. These are 6 month courses, conducted twice a week, for three hours, each session. Here, to be Yoga Instructors learn Yoga Philosophy, the basic texts of Yoga , the scientific techniques in training yoga aspirants and groom themselves to build a teaching career in yoga.

The spiritual, health , wellness library run by DnyanaSadhana Trust is an efficient tool to keep AMI Yoga teachers abreast of knowledge in the realm and to satisfy the curiosity and enthusiasm of participants. The library houses more than 2000 books covering various aspects of yoga and spirituality.
